Each business featured on the Kiosk will be showcased with eight high-quality photos, contact details, and a QR code for easy access to their mobile app. Once the app is downloaded on visitors' phones, they can conveniently save it on their home screen or simply click a button to add it to their phone's address book.

To join the Kiosk network, members just need to log in and click on the "Manage Advertising" button:

• Activate their Kiosk booth by flipping the switch to on.
• Select relevant business categories.
• Upload eight appealing photos that represent their business.

This process only takes a few minutes for members. For organizations or Chamber staff looking to assist their members, managing this can be easily done from the administrative DocuTeam dashboard.

Additional Benefits

• You can add as many Kiosk sponsors as you like, however we might suggest 4-8 at most.
• You also can sell naming rights at bottom where it now says "Powered By"  as this may be customized by you.

The iPad Kiosk Stand May Be Bought at Many Places

• Security Stands bought on eBay or Amazon run about $50-$100.
• Look for compatibility with iPad 10.2 devices.

The iPad Ordering Process is Simple

• You need to first be sure to have Chamber Nation activate your Kiosk Network. If you have not yet done this please CLICK HERE.

• New iPads using the last model, 2021 10.2 Inch Screens, will be used and provisioned by Chamber Nation. Lowest cost option, but you can order a larger device if you prefer. 

• 2021 10.2 inch iPads must be bought through our Best Buy account manager which is Jeffrey Gayer at (346) 380-0751. He will ensure that you get the best current price from Best Buy. As of 2/1/23 they are $329 and must be purchased through Chamber Nation's account manager. He will be sure that your purchased iPad is ready to connect directly to the Community Kiosk Network that is powered by Chamber Nation.

• Once the Chamber or their member receives the iPad you will need to COMPLETE THIS FORM. This will request that Chamber Nation configures and activates the Kiosk for your specific community.
  

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Devices are covered under the normal Best Buy/Apple Warranty. Chamber Nation does not earn a commission on any of these items. New device provisioning and remote network support will be billed to the Chamber or Member Association at $25 one-time provisioning fee. Ongoing management and hosting at $6.99 per month per kiosk. If the owner of the iPad wants their device unlocked from the forced Kiosk network in the future, we can do that for them at no cost.
